Our
Story
Grow Allied Health was founded in 2021, originally our team was just Caitlin, soon joined by our amazing all rounder Liz. The goal for our business was simple - provide the best allied health services to clients in Brisbane. We started at one school and as our reputation spread our clinic grew.
Today we are an established mobile practice servicing Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and the Lockyer Valley. Our team are very special. They are what make our clinic stand out from the rest. Their care, quality and expertise are unparrelled. With an integrated, holistic approach across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Counselling our team is committed to making sure our clients are meeting their goals and feel supported in their NDIS journey.

Our Values
Here at Grow our overarching values are; Integrity, Dignity, Excellence, Creativity and Hope.
Our founder Caitlin likes to think that our values are in fact a lot like the acacia tree. Integrity, are the roots that keep the tree grounded. Dignity at the heart, the trees trunk, Excellence are the branches which suggests our different clinical areas, scopes of practice and powering towards knowledge and best practice in all. Creativity are the leaves and blossoms on the tree and Hope is the tree growing taller reaching towards the sun believing in capacity in all.
An Acacia Tree not only embodies our values but acknowledges our origins working at The Murri School in Acacia Ridge, and our ongoing commitment to creating culturally safe practices that support First Nations families with disabilities.
Grow Allied Health’s new logo has also been hand painted by one of our own. Our Speech therapist Tash, is not only an incredible clinician but also a talented artist studying a Master in Fine Art. We thank her and all the time and creativity bringing our vision to life.
